In August, the Contoweb team hit the water. Together, they descended the Bregenzer Ach, with all that comes with it: cold water, a torrent of ambition, and plenty of laughter. Officially, it was a team-building exercise. Unofficially, it was just for fun. And what better way to build a team than by fighting the waves together in close quarters?

Lessons learned (unintentionally)

Could you learn anything applicable to everyday business while rafting? Maybe. Communication, trust, and staying on course—or simply that you paddle faster in a team when everyone shouts at once. What remains is an unforgettable day with many memorable side moments—and the realisation that a strong current is sometimes exactly what you need.
