In August, the Contoweb team headed out onto the water. Together they descended the Bregenzer Ach, with all that comes with it: cold water, a torrent of ambition and plenty of laughter. Officially, the event was on the team-building calendar. Unofficially, it was just for fun. And what better way to build a team than to fight the waves together in a confined space?

Lessons learned (unplanned)

Do you learn something for your business life when rafting? Maybe. Communication, trust, keeping direction. Or simply that you paddle faster in a team when everyone shouts at the same time. What remains is an unforgettable day with many small side acts - and the realisation that a good dose of current is sometimes just what you need.
