Background

Up to now, customers have received their documents on gate installations in paper form. There is no central digital overview. This makes management more difficult, especially for production halls and industrial companies with many gates. The task for Contoweb was to digitally map the entire gate management for TS customers. With inventory, documents, service processes and appointments in a central, intuitive application.

Solution

TS wants to make life easier for its customers – and to manage gates more intelligently. We bring all gate data into an app that is directly connected to the Abacus ERP system. It shows every gate in detail, with diagrams and maintenance history. Requests or service appointments? A few clicks and it’s done. And thanks to QR codes on the gates, it’s even faster: scan, check, act.
