Background

Hilti handles complex projects in the field of industrial prefabrication. Different tools, manual processes, and missing interfaces made it difficult to collaborate between markets, teams, and systems. There was no global standard; the processes were difficult to scale and hard to centrally control.

Solution

Together with Hilti, we are developing a global platform that digitally maps the prefabrication process. It connects systems such as SAP, BIM and calculation services, automates processes, and ensures full transparency. The first release went live after just three months. Since then, the solution has been growing steadily, in line with market requirements. Today, over 400 users manage thousands of orders in more than 30 countries.
