Up until now, customers have received documentation about their gate installations in paper form; there has been no centralized digital overview. This complicates administration, especially for production halls and industrial facilities with many gates. Contoweb was tasked with digitising the entire gate management process for TS customers: consolidating inventory, documents, service processes, and scheduling into a single central, intuitive application.

Solution

TS aims to make life easier for its customers—and to manage gates more intelligently. We consolidate all gate data into an app that connects directly to the Abacus ERP system. It displays detailed information for every gate, including schematics and maintenance history. Requests or service appointments? A few clicks and it’s done. And thanks to QR codes on each gate, the process is even faster: scan, check, act.
